My Story — Why My Podcast with Dr Racheal Morgan – Neurologist changed my life !

There was a time in my life when everything felt unbearably heavy.

Work, family, expectations, failures — everything piled up like a storm with no shelter. I was trying to be a good a successful entrepreneur , a good parent, a person with great business acumen and a good parent. I was trying to understand different emotions, understand different businesses, manage relationships, meet responsibilities, keep my mother happy, balance finances and cash flow, stay healthy, eat clean, be cheerful, and maintain friendships.

But inside, I was exhausted.

I was chasing success… chasing peace… chasing happiness — without realizing that all of it begins inside the mind.

One night, after a long and overwhelming day, I asked myself a question that changed everything:

“Why am I not at peace? What am I missing?”

That single question opened the door to a transformation I didn’t see coming. The next day I sat down with Dr Racheal Morgan – Neurologist for a Podcast , which changed my life.

After the Podcast , I began studying the brain — how thoughts shape emotions, how the frontal cortex controls our decisions, how habits program our behavior, how sleep affects our performance, how stress damages the mind, and how disciplined thinking can completely change a life.

Slowly, I learned to train my mind like a muscle.
